Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to manage Post-Disbursement Documentation (PDD) activities for loan cases. The role involves validating loan documents, ensuring compliance with lender requirements, coordinating with internal teams and lenders, and maintaining accurate operational records.
The ideal candidate should possess strong documentation handling skills, operational coordination abilities, and a high level of accuracy to ensure timely completion of all post-disbursement processes and audit readiness.


Key Responsibilities

1. Post-Disbursement Documentation Management

  • Validate and verify post-disbursement loan documents as per lender guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all submitted documents.
  • Track pending PDD cases and follow up with relevant stakeholders for closure within defined timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation records for audit and compliance purposes.

2. Lender Portal & System Operations

  • Upload and manage documents on lender portals and internal systems.
  • Monitor PDD status and ensure timely updates across platforms.
  • Coordinate with lenders for discrepancy resolution and document clarifications.
  • Ensure adherence to lender SLAs and operational timelines.

3. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain daily MIS reports related to PDD status, pending cases, and closures.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports with lenders and internal stakeholders.
  • Update operational trackers and maintain accurate database records.

4. RC, NOC & Loan Closure Coordination

  • Handle RC extraction and verification processes.
  • Coordinate for NOC collection and loan closure documentation.
  • Ensure smooth processing of foreclosure and closure-related activities.
  • Resolve documentation gaps and operational discrepancies proactively.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, lenders, and customers for documentation completion.
  • Follow up regularly on pending cases to minimize delays.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by providing required documentation and reports.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in loan operations, PDD, documentation, or backend financial operations.
  • Experience handling lender portals and loan documentation processes.
  • Good understanding of compliance and operational workflows in NBFC/BFSI environments.
  • Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in vehicle loans, EV loans, or retail lending operations.
  • Knowledge of RC handling, NOC processing, and loan closure procedures.
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance documentation standards.
