Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads to expand the customer base.
  • Promote and sell commercial vehicle loan products to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively manage overdue payments.
  • Negotiate and implement feasible payment plans with delinquent customers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue and delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collections efforts, and payment statuses.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Auto Loan industry.
• Should be willing to travel across assigned territory
