Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads to expand the customer base.
- Promote and sell commercial vehicle loan products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively manage overdue payments.
- Negotiate and implement feasible payment plans with delinquent customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue and delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collections efforts, and payment statuses.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Auto Loan industry.
• Should be willing to travel across assigned territory
