As an Sales Recruiter dedicated to the sales team in our dynamic startup, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes for the sales department. This includes overseeing talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, attract, and retain high-performing sales employees.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for the sales team to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes specific to sales positions.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction within the sales team.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve the workplace culture of the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales hiring is mandatory
- Proven experience in talent management and employee engagement, preferably within a sales context.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in sales or HR support for sales teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- This role operates in a professional office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
