岗位职责:

1、根据公司海外门店拓展标准,实地考察潜在门店的地理位置、周边环境、建筑条件等,评估是否符合开店要求;

2、按照公司加盟商筛选标准,对潜在加盟商进行背景调查、资质审核,评估其经营能力及合作意愿;

3、主动挖掘所在区域内的潜在加盟机会,与潜在加盟商建立联系,推广公司品牌及合作模式;

4、负责公司在海外区域的新店拓展,包括标准店、工场店等模式的推广,完成拓展目标;

5、收集并分析所在区域的市场动态、竞争对手信息、行业趋势,为总部决策提供数据支持;

6、完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、商业管理等相关专业优先;

2、两年以上本地市场业务拓展、招商或销售经验,有连锁行业经验者优先;

3、熟悉当地商业环境及文化,具备优秀的市场洞察力和分析能力;

4、具备良好的沟通谈判能力,能够与不同背景的潜在加盟商建立信任;

5、工作积极主动,责任心强,能够承受较大工作压力,适应高频次出差;

6、熟练使用办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT等),具备基本的数据分析能力;

7、语言要求:中文沟通能力,能够作为工作语言。能够与总部及本地团队有效沟通,熟悉当地语言优先。

Business Development specialist

Scout high-quality workshop locations to drive the brand’s expansion

Key Responsibilities:

1、Conduct on-site inspections of potential workshop locations (geographic position, surrounding environment, building conditions, etc.) in accordance with the company’s overseas store expansion standards, and evaluate whether they meet the requirements for opening new workshops.

2、Perform background checks and qualification reviews on potential franchisees according to the company’s franchisee selection criteria, and assess their operational capabilities and willingness to cooperate.

3、Proactively identify potential franchising opportunities within the assigned region, establish contact with potential franchisees, and promote the company’s brand and cooperation model.

4、Take charge of new store expansion in overseas regions, including the promotion of standard workshops and factory workshops, and achieve expansion targets.

5、Collect and analyze market dynamics, competitor information, and industry trends within the region, providing data support for headquarters’ decision-making.

6、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing, Business Management, or related fields preferred.

2、At least 2 years of experience in local business development, franchise solicitation, or sales; experience in the chain industry is preferred.

3、Familiar with the local business environment and culture, with strong market insight and analytical skills.

4、Good communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust with potential franchisees from diverse backgrounds.

5、Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel frequently.

6、Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), with basic data analysis skills.

7、Language requirements:

For candidates from China: English proficiency as a working language, capable of effective communication with headquarters and local teams; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
