岗位职责:
1、负责海外区域加盟门店的日常运营支持,策划并执行门店促销活动、宣传推广,提升门店客流及销售;
2、定期巡查门店,诊断运营问题(如服务流程、产品品质、环境卫生等),制定改进方案并监督落地;
3、监测客户满意度,分析投诉及反馈,提出改善措施,提升客户体验;
4、挖掘当地消费者潜在需求,协助门店开发增值服务,优化服务项目;
5、确保公司运营标准、品牌规范在海外门店的严格执行,定期评估执行情况;
6、培训和辅导加盟商及其团队,提升其运营管理能力,帮助其实现业绩增长;
7、参与新加盟商的审核,评估其门店是否符合公司最低运营标准;
8、完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,管理类、市场营销等相关专业优先;
2、两年以上连锁门店运营管理经验,有海外本地经验者优先;
3、熟悉门店运营流程,具备较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力;
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够有效辅导加盟商,推动标准落地;
5、抗压能力强,能适应经常性出差(区域内);
5、熟练使用办公软件,能够制作运营报告;
6、语言要求:中文沟通能力,能够作为工作语言。能够与总部及本地团队有效沟通,熟悉当地语言优先。
Operation specialist
Empower franchise workshops and establish benchmarks for standardized operations
Key Responsibilities:
1、Provide daily operational support for franchised workshops in overseas regions, plan and implement in-workshop promotions and marketing activities to increase store traffic and sales.
2、Conduct regular workshops inspections, diagnose operational issues (e.g., service procedures, product quality, store environment), develop improvement plans, and monitor their implementation.
3、Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze complaints and feedback, propose improvement measures, and enhance the customer experience.
4、Identify potential needs of local consumers, assist workshops in developing value-added services, and optimize service offerings.
5、Ensure strict implementation of the company’s operational standards and brand guidelines in overseas workshops, and regularly evaluate compliance.
6、Train and coach franchisees and their teams to improve their operational management capabilities and help them achieve performance growth.
7、Participate in the review of new franchisees and evaluate whether their workshops meet the company’s minimum operational standards.
8、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1、Associate degree or above; Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
2、At least 2 years of experience in chain workshops operations management; overseas local experience is preferred.
3、Familiar with workshops operation processes, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
4、Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively coach franchisees and drive standards implementation.
5、Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent travel (within the region).
6、Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare operation reports.
7、Language requirements:
For candidates from China: English proficiency as a working language, capable of effective communication with headquarters and local teams; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
