The Opportunity
Kandji is looking for a Director, Strategic Partnerships to work closely with our business and product leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute on partnership opportunities that support Kandji’s business objectives. This is the first hire on this team at Kandji, and there may be an opportunity in the future to build out this team as we grow and scale. This role is based in Miami and reports directly to the COO.
How You'll Make a Difference Day to Day:
- Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic partnerships by analyzing market trends, industry shifts, and competitive intelligence to drive growth.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen partnerships by fostering collaboration, ensuring partner success, and orchestrating executive-level engagement.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead partnership negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring clear terms, compliance, and long-term value creation.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Marketing to align partnership objectives with company strategy, including revenue growth and customer value.
- M&A: Evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with strategic objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, and/or partnerships.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align partnerships to business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in driving large scale product and GTM partnerships with high-growth, global brands.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven ability to structure and execute high-impact partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
