The Opportunity
We are hiring a General Manager, Security Products to own and drive our endpoint security and compliance products. In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise security and compliance at Kandji.
Reporting directly to the CEO, we're in search of an expert who can define and execute the product strategy for our security and compliance offerings. Your passion for problem-solving and staying at the forefront of security and compliance technology will be the driving force behind our mission.
This position requires onsite presence in our Coral Gables office 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Manage, inspire, and continue growing the team, including product, design, and engineering team members.
  • Foster a high-performing team within product and engineering, setting clear expectations and a culture of accountability. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Kandji’s enterprise security and compliance offerings.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and define product requirements.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver innovative security and compliance solutions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and packaging, to drive adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
  • Dive deep into user research, analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improving the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle for security and compliance-focused initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of impactful improvements.
  • Regularly assess product performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for ongoing innovation and enhancement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or similar field.
  • 3+ years experience leading a Product and Engineering team
  • 8+ years of combined experience in product management and engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise security products, preferably endpoint-centric solutions, such as compliance, endpoint detection and response, and vulnerability management.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing enterprise security and/or compliance products to market, from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise security landscape, including threat detection, prevention, and response.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including experience working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Experience working in Agile software development teams and familiarity with build processes and best development practices.
  • Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent experience leading Product and Engineering, with heightened collaboration with Executive Leadership Teams.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in roles focused on security, endpoint detection or compliance-related products.
  • Expansive knowledge of security technologies and protocols.
  • Experience with Apple Device Management and adjacent technologies.
  • Familiarity with network applications security and secure coding practices.
  • Experience with design systems and ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints within a product.
