About Goose
Goose is building the operating system for multi-service pet care businesses — boarding, daycare, grooming, and training. Our platform streamlines operations, enhances the customer experience, and drives revenue growth. Headquartered in Chicago, we blend modern technology with industry know-how to serve an essential but historically underserved market.
In February 2025, we raised a $13.4M seed round from B Capital, First Round Capital, The 81 Collection, Imaginary Ventures, and BoxGroup. We're growing quickly and looking for a Lead PM to own one of our most strategic and underleveraged product areas.
About the role
Today our Customer Lifecycle Management suite includes marketing attribution, engagement, and reputation — with a roadmap of differentiated features ahead. This role owns the product area end-to-end: the external partnerships, the customer-facing experience, the data and integration layer, and the long-term strategy that makes Customer Lifecycle a true differentiator for Goose.
Reports directly to the CPO.
What you'll do
- Own the Customer Lifecycle product area — report cards, marketing attribution, email and SMS marketing, review collection, and all future roadmap
- Lead external partnerships shaping the customer lifecycle experience day-to-day: joint roadmap, escalation, integration health, and shared customer wins
- Drive adoption of the Customer Lifecycle suite across the Goose customer base
- Build the enablement layer: documentation, internal training, and sales/CS readiness
- Partner with data and engineering on the partnership-specific data schema and integration maps
- Set the strategy for what makes Customer Lifecycle a differentiator for Goose, and execute against it
Who you are
- 6+ years in product management, with at least one role owning a strategic product area end-to-end
- Experience managing a strategic partnership or building product on top of a partner platform
- Strong project management experience — comfortable running multiple workstreams across partner, internal, and customer-facing tracks
- Comfort interfacing with sales, CS, and customers directly — this role is externally-facing, not an internal-only PM seat
- A track record of driving adoption of complex or multi-product suites
- Strong written communicator — you'll be writing the docs that don't exist yet
- Comfortable in early-stage, ambiguity-heavy environments
Bonus points
- Experience in marketing attribution, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or reputation management
- Strong business acumen across product, commercial, and partnership dimensions — not just product depth
- Experience with embedded or partner-built product modules
What we offer
- Competitive salary & meaningful equity
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: 85% coverage for employees, 60% for dependents
- Unlimited PTO (vacation, sick, personal, plus 5 company holidays)
- A high-trust, collaborative team that values learning, clear thinking, and shipping great software
- Plenty of opportunity to grow with the company
