What You'll Do:
- Build AI-powered logistics agents through the complete development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and optimization.
- Manage your project workflow, ensuring timely delivery against key milestones.
- Take ownership of product initiatives and help shape our business direction with your contributions.
- Collaborate with the team on code and design reviews.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and utilizing new technologies, techniques, and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background/practical experience.
- Driven by curiosity with a passion for solving complex logistics challenges.
- Proficiency with Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with Open AI, Anthropic, Llama, and other leading LLMs.
- Track record of deploying production systems with proper monitoring, logging, and documentation.
- Commitment to quality through comprehensive testing practices.
- Proficiency working with large datasets and complex information flows.
- Proficiency in building and evolving REST APIs.
- Understanding of distributed computing environments.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Authorized to work in the US.
Bonus Points For:
- Founder/founding engineer experience.
- Experience building AI agentic applications.
- Strong GitHub profile or other signals demonstrating your love for software development.
- Prior experience in logistics technologies.
Our Stack:
- Core: Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Neo4j.
- Frameworks: FastAPI, SvelteKit, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Cloud: Azure.
