About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in streamlining our software development and deployment processes, ensuring our infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
  • Automate and optimize the software development lifecycle (CI/CD), deployment, and monitoring processes using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
  • Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Continuously improve our infrastructure and processes by identifying and implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure, deployment, testing, and application performance.
  • Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the DevOps domain to ensure our processes and tools are current and efficient.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (Github Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Ruby, etc.).
  • Experience with database administration and optimization (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and systems administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
