As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Performing customer service tasks on customers
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain information for customers
- Have a thorough understanding of client’s business and related parties in order to monitor client’s activities for unusual transactions
- Responsible for a good understanding of Zipmex’s regulations, policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree preferable in Business Administration or equivalent in a related discipline
- 1 year of experience in similar position. Finance, Hedge fund industry and/or Trust business experience is an advantage
- Must have good planning and time management or prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
- Willing to work in shifts
