Inviting applications for the role of Internship - Business Operations

Internship Location - Chennai
Stipend - 25K per Month

  • Nearly 0 months to 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, i.e., Structured Finance Operations / Securitization Operations / Banking Operations/ fintech operations/implementation

  • Experience in managing the back-end operations of Banks and FIS will be considered as relevant experience.

  • Mandatory : Exceptional written and verbal communication in Hindi and English.

  • Ability to work under pressure, extend time to complete the planned work on time, every time.

  • Provide the requirements to the Technology team after gathering the feedbacks from various stakeholders to get them implemented in the CredAvenue platform.

  • Experience and interest in closely working with business and other leaders in defining the roadmap of the product, developing the design and implementation plan, and developing them.

  • Able to take ownership and get thin is done

  • Any Undergraduate degree

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a highly iterative, agile, and open team environment.

  • Understanding and having knowledge on financial concepts such as securitization, asset backed securities and mortgage-backed securities, financial markets and functioning of NBFC’s.
