Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Manage customer support operations, including scheduling, workflow, and process improvements
  • Develop and manage customer support budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values customer-centricity and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
