Job Description
As a Vice President at Spocto, you'll have an exciting role, including:
- Own the Insurance vertical — FY27 target, all NN (new logos, new product)
- Build relationships with CFOs, collections heads and ops CXOs at life and general insurers
- Identify AI collections use cases in insurance — premium recovery, policy lapse, agent engagement
- Develop target account list of 15+ insurers; close ≥8 accounts in FY27
- Work with Presales to create insurance-specific demos, ROI models and case studies
- Track industry trends in InsurTech and AI-driven collections
- Represent Spocto X at insurance industry events (IRDAI forums, InsurTech conferences)
- Coordinate with Product on insurance-specific feature requirements
Requirements
12-15 years in B2B sales, out of which 6-7 years in insurance or AI/SaaS for BFSI
Understanding of insurance operations and premium collections
Existing network across insurance CXOs and operations heads
Comfortable with AI product positioning and ROI-based selling
Strong analytical and commercial skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
IRDAI / insurance domain knowledge preferred
Should have sold AI products in the past
Preferred candidate could be from any competing AI Co’
