Job Description
- Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using MS Excel
- Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain data visualisation tools using MS Excel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain data models and databases
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports and dashboards
- Provide training and support to non-technical stakeholders on report usage
- Stay up-to-date with new MS Excel features and best practices
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet reporting deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VBA, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques
- Familiarity with data modelling and database design principles
- Certification in MS Excel (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Excel Expert) is an asset.
