Key Responsibilities: Sales & Key Account Management
The Candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and doing cross sell and upsell from the set of accounts allocated.
Accounts will consist of Banks & NBFC’s who are our existing customers.
Will need to sell the Collections Platform, AI Products and Services to the identified set of customers.
Build deep, consultative relationships with stakeholders on the client side (product, tech, operations, strategy).
Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally to influence product, engineering, and operations roadmaps.
Partner with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues with speed and precision.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance analysis, and strategic planning with key accounts.
Negotiate renewals, upsell value-added services, and ensure commercial alignment.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory developments affecting client strategy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
5-8 years of experience in key account management, B2B client success, or partnerships in a Fintech, SaaS, or financial services setting.
Having relevant experience in Collection Services and Account Management is mandatory
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in stakeholder engagement and presentations.
Ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence senior decision-makers.
Passion for innovation in finance, digital products, and technology-driven business models.
