As a Technical Delivery Manager at Yubi, you will lead multiple cross-functional projects from conceptualization to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across products and customer engagements. You will drive best practices, foster operational excellence, mentor teams, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve valued business outcomes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, including scope definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and execution for multiple products.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to define product requirements and provide regular program updates.
- Drive critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation.
- Identify innovative solutions to project challenges, resolving constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, project implementation, and customer deliverables.
- Make key delivery decisions and achieve tactical goals while maintaining a strategic outlook.
- Guide all project phases—requirements gathering, scoping, planning, development, QA, deployment, and metrics tracking.
- Champion Agile / Scrum software development methodology, facilitate discussions, guide decision-making, and manage conflict resolution.
- Ensure timely, quality product delivery and continuous improvement of agile execution processes.
- Coordinate proactively across teams, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks.
- Create and maintain risk impact matrices and apply risk mitigation strategies.
- Report weekly on sprint health and project status to higher management.
- Contribute to user and product research exercises/workshops, and support third-party integrations.
- Prepare business models, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
- Track progress using project management tools and dashboards.
- Support operational issues for the delivery center and deliver architectural guidance when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience with full project lifecycle management in a fast-paced product/tech environment.
- 5+ years managing or working directly with engineering teams and customers, including experience with B2B, B2C, or SaaS products.
- At least 3 years in a technical program/project management role.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, with CSM or Agile certifications a plus.
- Proven experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change without direct authority.
- Attention to detail with abstract thinking and a passion for delivering optimal customer experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and resource allocation capabilities.
- Familiarity with process automation, operational controls, and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent judgment, especially in balancing strategic investments with short-term goals.
- Experience providing architectural guidance and clear direction to development teams.
- Proactive, consultative, and collaborative, with effective leadership and customer relationship-building skills.
