About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and manage our performance marketing campaigns and long-term growth initiatives. In this role, you will drive large-scale campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate channels, and app marketing while leveraging analytics tools to optimize user acquisition and conversion funnels. This role offers the opportunity to own and shape the strategic direction of performance marketing efforts. Experience in the BFSI sector will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate platforms, and app marketing channels.

  • Long-Term Growth Strategy: Define and implement scalable performance marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth and improve user acquisition metrics.

  • Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize tools like Amplitude, WebEngage, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer to track campaign performance, user behavior, and optimize customer journeys.

  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze acquisition funnels and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.

  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and monitor marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiencies.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with product, business, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.

  • SEO & ASO Implementation: Drive organic traffic and app store visibility by applying best practices in SEO and ASO.

  • User Journey Enhancement: Optimize website, landing pages, and app flows to improve user experience and conversions.

  • Performance Reporting: Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to evaluate performance marketing metrics and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling large-budget campaigns.

  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Amplitude, WebEngage, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and app marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from funnel and user behavior data.

  • Experience in building dashboards and implementing event tracking for effective campaign analysis.

  • Solid understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and ASO (App Store Optimization) principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as an IC while managing cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

  • A growth-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the BFSI sector is a strong plus.
