Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate

Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and app marketing channels. If you have a growth mindset, a hustling attitude, and a knack for data-driven decision-making, we want you on our team. Prior experience in the BFSI sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate platforms, and app marketing channels.

  • Analyze large-scale user acquisition funnels and deliver actionable insights to optimize ROI.

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and set up event tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to align marketing campaigns with organizational goals and ensure effective stakeholder management.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior on websites, landing pages, and app journeys to enhance user experience and conversions.

  • Implement SEO and ASO fundamentals to improve organic traffic and app store visibility.

  • Generate data-driven insights and reports to assess campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor and manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal performance across all campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns.

  • Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and app marketing.

  • Strong understanding of tracking tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or similar.

  • Proficiency in creating performance dashboards and setting up event tracking.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in analyzing user behavior on websites and landing pages.

  • Fundamental knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and ASO (App Store Optimization).

  • Ability to analyze funnel-wise user acquisition data and derive meaningful insights.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product and business teams.

  • Growth mindset, hustling attitude, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

  • BFSI experience is a plus.
