Job Description
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive business growth by finding new opportunities in the marketplace and managing the sales process to expand our client base and partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and onboard new partners to the platform.
Generate revenue through partnerships by implementing effective growth strategies.
Ensure timely collection of receivables from the partners
Achieve specific targets for onboarding new partners, revenue generation, and receivables collection.
The role would also require extensive travel to various cities to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience in partner onboarding, particularly in marketplace settings.
Experience with multi-location travel.
Proficient in sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language preferred.
