Job Description

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, market research, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution. The individual will be a key player in aligning product development with market needs and ensuring that our products effectively address customer pain points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive product adoption.

  • Develop sales enablement materials and conduct training sessions.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.


Essential Skills:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough market research and interpret data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

  • Content Creation: Strong writing skills to create compelling product messaging, sales tools, and marketing collateral.

  • Campaign Management: Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Desirable Skills:

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the fintech or B2B sector.

  • Customer Engagement: Experience in developing customer success stories and case studies.

  • Sales Enablement: Ability to develop training materials and conduct sales training sessions.


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology or a related field.


  • Minimum of 3 years in product marketing, preferably in the fintech sector.
    Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing technology products.
