Job Overview:

As Project Associate - Strategic Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of YUBI and ensuring the seamless execution of our operational initiatives. This multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Formulate grounds up AOP through cross organizational collaboration to drive Yubi’s vision

Collaborate with business heads / CBO’s to develop and execute overall corporate strategy

Anchor daily cadence to operationalise strategy and minimize deviations to achieve targets

Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive the long-term success of the organization

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Work closely with Engineering Product, Marketing, Ops & Sales teams to drive integrated strategies

Anchor key revenue generating initiatives and drive them to closure through liaison with internal/external stakeholders

Develop overall vision for BU through end to end visibility of product and business

Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives

Monitoring of leading and lagging indicators to suggest improvements in health of business

Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability

Customer Success:

Monitor product NPS and drive improvements in Product through external/internal stakeholders

Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize customer retention and loyalty

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product and service enhancements


Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s degree/ MBA in Business, Finance.

2-4 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and customer success within the fintech or financial services industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
