Who are we?

We at spocto are developing a full stack collections platform that is powered by AI ML capabilities, that is radically changing collections within the debt industry.

In March 2022, we became India’s fastest fintech and most impactful start-up to join the unicorn club with a Series B fundraising round of $137 million.

We already have all the top Banks and NBFCs as our clients. We have offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Dubai. We plan to expand our business across the EU, USA and SE Asia over the next couple of years.


Job Title – Business Analyst.

Reports to – Vice President – MENA.

Location: Airoli – Navi Mumbai.

Job Description

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Work from Office – 6 days a week.
  • Candidates must be having at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in Fintech / BFSI / NBFC and similar industry. Good Data Analytics, Reporting and Strategy formation skills.
  • Good Communication Skills and people skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Math or related field or an M.Sc. Degree.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
