About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Associate - Strategic Alliance & Partnership to join our team at Yubi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and promotion of all Yubi platforms to a set of key lenders, including Banks and NBFCs.

The role is centered around achieving specific outcomes, and your performance will be measured based on your ability to cross-sell and upsell these product platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of all the key product offerings of Yubi, including Co-lending, Enterprise Finance Loans, Pools, Supply Chain Finance, Collections.

  • Assist engagement with prioritised key lenders (Banks and NBFCs) for sales, partnership and collaboration.

  • Support in creating compelling and tailored pitches to effectively communicate the unique value propositions of Yubi platforms to the allocated accounts.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the allocated accounts to drive engagement and sales.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to the allocated accounts.

  • Regularly monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.

  • Assist and execute strategic partnership plans to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the allocated accounts.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to partnership activities and use the insights to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.


Requirements


  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, co-lending in the financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of financial products

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of Yubi platforms to key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and targets.

  • Analytical mindset to gather insights from data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive successful partnerships.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with key lenders and attend industry events.
