Role Overview

This role is responsible for developing and scaling AI-driven clinical use cases. By leveraging generative AI and large language model technologies, the position will build practical application-layer AI solutions to optimize industry workflows, generate actionable insights, and drive innovation across the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously optimize LLM- and agentic AI-powered document generation capabilities, with a strong focus on traceability, accuracy, and regulatory compliance, including hallucination control and audit support.
  • Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept through delivery, including requirements gathering, specification development, and quality validation.
  • Drive product roadmap decisions and maintain clear prioritization within the assigned product area.
  • Develop detailed product requirement and specification documents based on agile practices and relevant industry standards.
  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients, clinical teams, industry experts, and AI/ML specialists across the United States and Europe to identify workflow pain points.
  • Independently conduct user interviews and research to uncover genuine customer needs and product opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Coordinate release cycles and development sprints to deliver valuable product enhancements at the right time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in computer science or a related field is preferred.
  • At least five years of product development experience, including experience in designing and developing AI-driven products and applying large language models.
  • Ability to collaborate with customers and teams across the United States and Europe and work effectively across time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with English proficiency sufficient for a professional working environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and a well-established methodology in product strategy, development processes, and execution.
  • Ability to independently conduct user interviews and research and accurately identify customer needs and product opportunities.
  • Strong motivation to solve complex business problems and build simple, scalable solutions.
  • Self-driven and capable of delivering effectively in a fast-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industries.
  • Familiarity with life sciences regulatory standards and guidelines, such as FDA and ICH requirements.
  • Familiarity with generative AI workflows, including prompt design, model evaluation, and AI-assisted product features.
