Job Summary 🧾
We are looking for a Account Executive Jr. (with B2C Experience) to drive Yalo’s expansion into new verticals (Retail, Banking, Telcos). This role is about hunting new logos and driving smaller, fast-cycle deals (2–3 months) that open the door to larger, long-term partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and act as a consultative partner to clients by identifying their pains, building tailored use cases, and proving value quickly.
What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠
- Hunt and acquire new B2C accounts (Retail, Banking, Consumer Services).
- Run the entire funnel end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, solutioning, negotiation, closing.
- Partner with Sales Manager to define ICP, prioritize accounts, and design winning entry strategies.
- Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM for structured prospecting.
- Collect customer insights/data to feed product iteration and larger deal expansion.
- Collaborate with BDRs on pipeline creation, but also proactively generate own pipeline.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene.
Job Requirements?💻
- 1–3 years of experience in enterprise/B2C SaaS hunting roles (Account Executive, Sales Executive, Business Developer).
- Proven track record of closing net new deals in Retail, Banking, or Consumer-tech clients.
- Experience in short-cycle sales (POC, pilots, SaaS subscriptions, Martech, Conversational AI, CRM, CX tools).
- Hands-on: ability to build demos, run discovery, and tailor solutions without depending on pre-sales.
- Consulting/solution-selling DNA: ability to uncover pain points and translate them into use cases.
- Preferred companies: Martech, Conversational AI, CRM, Tech or SaaS.
- Fluent in Spanish & English; Portuguese is a plus (for Brazil expansion).
Metrics to measure 📈
- First 6 months: close 2–3 small “trial” deals in retail/banking.
- Year 1: establish repeatable playbook for 2-month cycles and hand-off larger deals to Growth/CS.
- Deliver at least 120% of quota through net new logos.
