Your mission?
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in global billing and collections processes by enforcing financial policies, fostering strong client relationships, and leveraging technology to streamline operations. This role is critical to securing cash flow through proactive and strategic accounts receivable management.
What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Ensuring all customer accounts are reconciled accurately.
- Assist in monitoring and developing monthly reports of revenues for projects.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Assist with drafting and implementing corporate policies
- Perform revenue account reconciliations to ensure all invoices have been issued.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes through the use of AI tools and automation technologies.
- Remain current on Mexico invoicing regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Establish and sustain strong client relationships to support efficient collections.
- Generate periodic accounts receivable reports and propose corrective measures as needed to ensure timely collections
- Experience in issuing invoices strictly aligned with executed contracts
Job Requirements?💻
- Previous experience in managing accounts receivable and collections.
- Proven knowledge/experience of the NetSuite system.
- Basic experience with Salesforce.
- Intermediate level of English.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican invoicing laws.
- Familiarity with AI tools for process automation.
