About the Role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Partner Acquisition / Account Executive to support our growth in the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners while nurturing relationships with potential and existing accounts within the SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Outreach
- Identify and research potential SaaS partners and strategic collaborators in the US market
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate partnership conversations
- Qualify potential partners and schedule discovery meetings
Sales & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners
- Support the partnership lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and coordination with internal teams
- Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to potential partners
Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and partner pipeline in CRM or tracking systems
- Track progress of partner discussions and follow up consistently
- Provide periodic updates on outreach performance and partnership development
Market Insights
- Conduct light market research to identify new opportunities, partner segments, and industry trends
- Share insights and feedback from conversations with partners to support strategic decisions
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including partnerships, marketing, and operations to support partner initiatives
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups where required
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, partner acquisition, or account management
- Based in the United States and comfortable working remotely
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with partners and clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, early-stage environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SaaS partnerships or channel sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms
- Experience working with US-based clients or partner ecosystems
