We're hiring a Strategic Partner Manager at Xneeti to help us grow and manage key client relationships in the international eCommerce space.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage strong relationships with international brand partners
- Travel 15–20 days a month for client visits and relationship building
- Handle joint business planning and act as the face of Xneeti
- Understand client pain points and bring relevant insights back to internal teams
- Drive sales performance, retention targets, and ensure smooth payments
- Collaborate with category, marketing, and operations teams for partner success
- Take on upselling responsibilities within 2 years as accounts mature
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in account/category/partnership management (preferably in eCommerce)
- Extroverted personality with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving, data-driven thinking, and communication skills
- Experience managing P&L, client performance, and retention metrics
