Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform. Polibeli reaches 16 cities on the island of Java, from Banten to Surabaya. We’re expanding our team in the Die-cast Model Car Toys Industry and are looking for a dynamic Key Account Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen key partnerships! Job Description: - Drive channel expansion and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to boost brand visibility, sales, and market share in retail and convenience stores. - Develop and manage quarterly sales plans for KA channels, ensuring targets are met and performance is optimized through data-driven adjustments. - Assist in designing and executing promotional plans to drive sales, enhance brand exposure, and optimize marketing strategies based on campaign data. - Manage inventory across KA channels, ensuring supply chain stability, optimal stock levels, and minimizing turnover times and stock discrepancies. - Collect and analyze market data from key accounts, competitors, and trends, providing actionable insights and feedback to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields preferred. - At least 5 years of sales or channel management experience, preferably in KA channels within the toy, model, or FMCG industries. - Skilled in KA channel sales strategies, data analysis, customer management, and proficient in MS Office and CRM software to drive sales growth. - Fluent in English and Indonesian for business communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus. - Excellent communicator and negotiator with a strong team spirit, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining client relationships.
