Responsibilities
Polibeli (Part of Xingyun Group) is looking for CnB intern to join our team! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Intern to assist our HR team in managing payroll processes and developing effective compensation strategies. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in compiling employee data for payroll purposes. 2. Support in maintaining employee data in HRIS. 3. Support in maintaining up-to-date documentation for all payment from the Compensation & Benefit team. 4. Assist in distribution BPJS data to new employees.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's/Diploma Degree, or Final Year Univeristy Students with no class to attend. 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. 5. Willing to work with WFO arrangement 5 days a week in Sudirman area.
