Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform. Polibeli reaches 16 cities on the island of Java, from Banten to Surabaya. - Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. - Implement and follow warehouse safety and security procedures. - Assist in training, coaching, and managing warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring. - Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, inventory, after-sales, and sales) to optimize warehouse operations. - Address issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or staff. - Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure proper safety and maintenance standards. - Assist in generating reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. - Placement: Balaraja, Tangerang (WFO).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required. - Proven experience in warehouse operations for at least 2 years, with some experience supervising or leading staff. - Proficiency in English is required. - Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices and operations. - Proficiency in warehouse management software and database (WMS/ERP) - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
