Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform. Polibeli reaches 16 cities on the island of Java, from Banten to Surabaya. - Create comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the market presence in both national and local modern trade channels. - Oversee the budget for modern trade channels, ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitability. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners. - Create and ensure the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP). - Lead and develop a team of key account representatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - Ability to analyze performance data and provide insights from internal and external sources. - Have the operational skills to manage accounts and stores effectively. - Proven experience in developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - At least 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team.
