📐 About this role
The chief of staff for CRO Office will serve as a key member of the executive team, providing comprehensive support to the CRO and managing the GTM day-to-day operations. This role requires a blend of strong operational experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and a trusted advisor to the CRO.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO, providing strategic input and support on various business initiatives

  • Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategic plans and goals

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRO's office, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently that include both internal and external calls

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration

  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the CRO and executive team

  • Ensure the team is well-coordinated and aligned with the CRO's priorities and objectives

  • Draft and prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed

  • Serve as a liaison between the CRO and various departments, external partners, customers, founders, and stakeholders

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and executive matters

  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS or similar scale industry

  • Proven experience as a chief of staff or in a similar senior executive support role

  • Experience with P&L optimization and operational experience

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

  • Strategic business partner to the CRO
