We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Athens!

The sales support specialist will be instrumental in optimizing our sales operations and processes. This role involves managing and executing projects aimed at improving sales efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a solid background in sales operations, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Processes Optimization: Develop, implement, and manage efficient sales processes and workflows. Continuously assess and optimize these processes to ensure they align with best practices and business goals to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. Ensure these programs are executed smoothly and meet their objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency. Implement solutions to address process bottlenecks and improve productivity.
  • Process Documentation: Create and co-maintain with Enablement, comprehensive documentation for sales processes, procedures, and best practices. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations and IT teams to align sales programs with company objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to support program success.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for sales-related issues and provide timely resolutions. Address any challenges that arise with sales programs or processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
