Product Manager, Growth & Engagement

Wildfire Systems

Job Description

Are you a growth-obsessed product manager who lives in the metrics — activation, retention, engagement, ARPU and LTV — and knows how to move them? Do you love running experiments, hunting for the loops that compound, and turning a browser extension into a daily habit for millions of users? If so, you may be the perfect fit for Wildfire Systems as our Product Manager, Growth & Engagement.

About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the growth and engagement story for our browser extension platform. This role is all about the user: how they discover the extension, activate, form habits, stick around, and generate value over their lifetime. You’ll own the KPIs that matter most — DAU/MAU, retention, engagement, ARPU and LTV — and the experimentation engine behind them.

You’ll set the roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly against impact, and validate every bet with rigorous A/B testing. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and our partner-facing teams to ship initiatives that grow the user base and deepen engagement across the products we power for some of the biggest brands in financial services.

This is a role for someone who has scaled a consumer product (ideally an extension) across acquisition, activation and retention, thrives in ambiguity, and turns fuzzy opportunities into measurable wins.

About the Company

Wildfire Systems is a cutting edge, omni-platform fintech service provider that offers white label rewards and loyalty programs, including cashback, coupons and related products to some of the biggest brands in the financial services industry. We’re innovative and are constantly pushing into intelligence-leveraged solutions. Plus, we’re a fun, high-performance and hard-charging team that loves working together to build a great business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the growth and engagement KPIs for our extension platform — activation, retention, engagement, ARPU/LTV — and the roadmap to move them.
  • Design, prioritize and ship growth initiatives across the full funnel: acquisition, onboarding, activation, habit formation and re-engagement.
  • Build and run a rigorous experimentation program — sharp hypotheses, clean A/B tests, honest readouts — so every decision is backed by data.
  • Define and instrument the metrics that matter, and partner with data to turn behavioral insights into your next set of bets.
  • Develop growth loops and lifecycle/retention mechanics that compound over time.
  • Improve rewards, cashback and loyalty experiences to lift engagement and ARPU.
  • Bring a personalization mindset — using data (and increasingly AI/ML) to surface the right offer to the right user at the right moment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, partnerships and client success to deliver on time and at quality.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years in consumer product management with a clear track record of growing acquisition, activation, engagement and retention at scale.
  • Deep fluency in growth metrics — DAU/MAU, retention, funnel conversion, ARPU, LTV — and the ability to translate them into a prioritized roadmap.
  • Hands-on experimentation expertise: you design experiments, interpret results honestly, and know when a “win” is actually real.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building 0-to-1, where documentation is thin and edge cases matter.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership — you align stakeholders and drive outcomes through influence, not authority.
  • Strong product instincts for consumer experiences that form habits and keep users coming back.

Skills That Will Impress Us

  • Experience growing a browser extension or similar consumer web surface (DOM, storage, web app) across web and mobile.
  • Background in rewards, loyalty, cashback, coupons, affiliate networks or card-linked offers.
  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce or consumer marketplaces.
  • A personalization and lifecycle-marketing toolkit, plus experience with AI-driven or ML-powered consumer experiences.
  • Proficiency in SQL or related languages for your own performance analysis, plus familiarity with experimentation and analytics tooling.
  • Experience launching and growing mobile extensions (e.g. Chrome/MSE) or operating as an app-store launch partner.
  • International growth and market-expansion experience.
  • Agile/Scrum experience in a fast-moving SaaS or platform company.

Note: Total compensation and leveling, including potential company equity, may be negotiable for the ideal candidate.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
