Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist
When
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Operations:
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows
- Manage and maintain CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Work closely with relationship managers to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Create and deliver sales reports and dashboards to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
2. Marketing Operations:
- Help project manage deliverables needed for sales
- Manage and optimize lead generation and nurturing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute strategies, content, and collateral
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales systems and processes
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong partnerships between sales and marketing teams
- Identify opportunities for alignment and optimization across both functions
- Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for driving sales and marketing alignment and optimization
