1. Job Purpose The FP&A Executive turns Zalopay’s operating data into the basis for management decisions — the monthly management reporting pack for C-level, the consolidated package reported to VNG Group under IFRS, and the profitability of each lending product and bank partnership. The role owns the numbers across three areas — management reporting, planning and budget control, and financial partnership performance — and is normally the first to see when a figure moves away from expectation. Its output feeds directly into decisions on commercial terms with partner banks, new product launches, and cost allocation. At Executive level the expectation is not only to produce the number, but to state what it means, recommend the action that follows from it, and hold that position under challenge from business teams and leadership. 2.
