The Business Intelligence Analyst for the Credit Enablement team delivers the insights and data-driven recommendations that support the growth of Zalopay's lending products. You will own recurring analytical delivery and reconciliation while contributing to strategic analysis across product, marketing, and risk. This is not a query-service role — you own each piece of work end-to-end, from clarifying the question to landing the insight. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Analytics & Reporting ● Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, quality controls, standardized logic, and clear documentation. ● Handle ad-hoc analytical requests end-to-end — clarify scope, deliver validated output, and communicate results stakeholders can act on. 2. Deep-Dive Analysis & Business Insight ● Conduct deep-dive analyses on user acquisition, retention, churn, and risk metrics; investigate anomalies and communicate root causes with recommended actions.
