We’re looking for a Legal Specialist to prepare various contracts and related documents, research legal regulations and provide legal advice and other legal support relating to daily operations as per business requests. You will be also responsible for supporting the Legal Manager in carrying out all legal transactions. Responsibilities:Draft and review commercial contracts, copyright/trademark/license contracts and other contracts, memorandum and legal documents relating to daily business activitiesSelect and analyze international and national legal materials/ regulations for preparation of reports or legal advice as per requested from business units, in alignment with general instructions given by the company or business unit.Review project proposals, draft agreements and other legal related documents, and provide appropriate comments thereto from legal perspectivePrepare and follow up on filings, maintain, and protect the intellectual property and other legal commercial rig
