We are looking for a Loyalty Program Development Specialist to take full ownership of VNGGames' VIP and loyalty initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the behavior of our most valuable players, designing engagement programs that strengthen their connection with our games, and ensuring that every loyalty activity delivers measurable impact across the VNGGames portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams to elevate player experience and drive long-term retention. Key Responsibilities 1. VIP Player Monitoring & Behavioral Analysis Own end-to-end monitoring of VNGGames' VIP user segment, tracking playtime, spending behavior, and engagement patterns across all titles. Analyze game-to-game migration trends within the VIP cohort to identify opportunities for cross-game promotion and to flag titles experiencing user drop-off. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into VIP player health
