1. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a strategic, brand-minded Marketing Planning & Brand Specialist to own the go-to-market blueprint and brand narrative for our game titles across Southeast Asia. You will be the architect behind how our games are positioned, perceived, and launched — translating product vision into compelling marketing plans, coordinating cross-functional execution across 6 markets, and building brand equity that drives both awareness and long-term player loyalty. This role demands someone who thinks in systems (not just campaigns), understands the gaming business deeply, and leverages AI to move at the speed the market requires. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market Planning Develop end-to-end GTM plans for game launches (CBT, Soft Launch, Global Launch) including timeline, channel mix, budget allocation, and success metrics across 6 SEA markets.
