You will be responsible for driving business growth for insurance products, with a strong focus on partnership development and performance optimization. Partnership Management (40%) Develop and execute business plans to acquire strategic insurance partners, driving user growth and TPV. Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and performance optimization. Build and maintain long-term partnerships, maximizing both commercial and strategic opportunities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and deliver effective business solutions.
