The Role
In this role you'll directly counsel hundreds of Fortune 500 managers a year, giving trainings and presentations to thousands, to help them better learn and lead at the worlds biggest companies like Coca Cola, Nestle, AstraZeneca, Novartis, General Mills and more. In doing so, you'll specifically support our Europe based clients, building strong relationship with them to understand their challenges, identify how Valence's tools can support their goals, and deploying support. This position is based in Europe and demands exceptional relationship-building skills, emotional intelligence, and a keen curiosity about what drives people in diverse working environments. From day one, you'll become an internal expert on our products and client needs, serving as a vital source of insights to drive product improvements. This role will make a significant impact on our clients, as well as our company trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Product Delivery and Coaching: Provide coaching for our Fortune 500 clients and support for our tools (Teams Tools & AI Coach) ensuring effective utilization and high engagement.
  • Session Delivery: Conduct client coaching sessions, product information webinars, and other educational sessions for our tools to help users get the most out of our platform.
  • Coaching Support: Partner with certified coaches to maintain quality control, offering prompting, chat review, and other support to enhance our cutting-edge AI Coach product.
  • Customer Enablement: Serve as the primary point of contact for European customers via Intercom, email, and other outreach methods.
  • Decision-Making Support: Develop models and plans to track key metrics, aiding in improved decision-making for the Client Solutions team.
  • Special Project Execution: Lead special projects aimed at increasing usage and engagement with our tools.
  • Product and Feature Improvements: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities to improve the product, based on key insights from client engagement.
  • Fluency in English is required, Spanish and French are a welcomed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting or a fast-paced B2B startup.
  • Confidence to build trusted, inspiring relationships quickly in a transactional environment with limited time.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present comfortably to senior audiences.
  • Natural intuition, emotional intelligence, and an empathetic approach to support leaders in various situations.
  • Exceptional organization skills to keep many work streams on track; natural attention to detail.
  • Comfort with data manipulation and visualization to communicate key insights in a value-added way.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient. Highly driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment, and continuously learn through high-quality feedback.
  • Clear motivation for wanting to join an early-stage team.
  • Certified coaching or proven interest in leadership coaching is welcomed.

Location and Work Environment
This role must be based in the UK or Europe, if GMT+2/3. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in Eastern hours for a couple hours her day, and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions.
