We are building a high-impact, cross-functional Enterprise PMO that is driving the evolution of our IT operations and infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, FP&A, Legal, Employee Experience, and more. Using Agile and Lean methodologies alongside strong Project, Program, and Portfolio Management practices, this team plays a critical role in enabling scalable, efficient growth. This position will initially focus on transforming our Go-To-Market systems and leading their integration with NetSuite, helping establish a strong operational foundation for the future.

The day to day.

  • Lead business and IT leaders in scope alignment and definition sessions, identify program critical success factors, and drive mitigation of significant issues and risks while maintaining strategic alignment with the organization
  • Collaborate to build, implement, and orchestrate multiple of projects that comprise the overarching program for the successful implementation of a new SFDC organization
  • Define effective program management processes, structure, roles and responsibilities to the successful execution and delivery of business objectives surrounding our implementation of a new SFDC org
  • Actively manage the cost, schedule, and scope of the program and provide consistent and appropriate communications to the EPMO and program stakeholders
  • Integrate and align technical, sales and operational work across teams to achieve unity of effort and proactively manage dependencies
  • Coordinate with product managers to align program goals with internal customer and business strategy objectives
  • Gather diverse perspectives to inform program plans and decisions
  • Resolve differences, adapt to unexpected events, and facilitate change to achieve outcomes; provide timely guidance to cross-functional business partners
  • Establish and manage expectations and relationships across the company at any level to achieve program goals
  • Guide learning and collaboration. Surface conflicts productively & professionally
  • Provide insight on program status and operational effectiveness to executive, business, and technical staff

Your Expertise and Passions

  • Demonstrated success in program management around Salesforce/NetSuite implementations/transformations
  • Experience as an empowering cross-functional leader with strong influencing skills and an ability to recognize and communicate business and technical value
  • Mastery in project/program management techniques and methods including:
  • Scope Management
  • Schedule Management
  • Issue & Risk Management
  • Enterprise Governance / Steering Committees, Monitoring, and Control
  • Sound understanding of the software & product development life cycles and value streams surrounding GTM, O2C and Lean / Agile frameworks
  • Robust and consistent communication skills with all partners regardless of role
  • Ability to identify, clarify, prioritize, and solve critical challenges in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong acumen and familiarity with broad range of business processes beyond the immediate program

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience in technical project/program management
  • Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, or significant work experience in a related technical field a plus
  • 2-3 years leading teams or leading people a plus
  • Advanced level experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, integrations, migrations, Jira and Confluence
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFE, CSM or CPO certification a plus
  • WordPress, Hosting platform experience or DevOps experience a plus
