Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring.
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, with one mandatory weekend a month.
What You Will Be Doing
Support day‑to‑day production and warehouse operations, including monitoring workflows and reporting on activity.
Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve standard operational issues with clear resolution paths.
Continue hands‑on warehouse work, supporting inventory movement and operational tasks.
Interact with vendors a few times per week to support operational needs.
Communicate with clients as required to support production or inventory‑related activities.
Perform administrative tasks, including inventory evaluation, documentation, and data tracking.
Pull and analyze reports using spreadsheets and ERP systems.
Work directly with management to support operational planning and execution.
Use Oracle or similar ERP systems to support inventory and production processes.
Follow established procedures while applying judgment to adjust methods when appropriate.
Provide guidance on non‑standard issues and support continuous process improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
What You Bring
Experience supporting production or warehouse operations in an operational environment.
Comfort working with inventory management, reporting, and administrative processes.
Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle.
Strong spreadsheet skills for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks under moderate supervision.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Willingness to take on increasing responsibility and support mentoring or process guidance as needed.
