About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth support of balancing practices.
Please note: this is a full-time position with a required hybrid schedule in our posted location.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve balancing issues.
- Provide in-depth support and research of client reconciliation issues.
- Troubleshoot problems with balancing sheets and recommend corrective action.
- Prior back-office banking experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- The ability to work independently
- You are an excellent communicator and strong problem solver
