About Synapticure
As a patient and caregiver-founded company, Synapticure provides instant access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support in all 50 states through a virtual care platform. Partnering with providers and health plans, including CMS' new GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS.
Our Product team is here to provide the essential technology and support that enables our specialized services, drives operational efficiency, and ensures we deliver high-quality, continuous care to patients with complex needs.
The Role
Synapticure is seeking an experienced, autonomous Senior Technical Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for our core technology platform.
This is a critical Individual Contributor role that requires deep Product Management expertise coupled with rigorous Technical Program/Project Leadership. You will be the execution owner for the internal clinical platforms and the patient experience, focusing exclusively on delivery and high-velocity execution.
Reporting to our CTO, you will be the accountable IC owner for products that power our specialized clinic, designing, executing, and optimizing the technical solutions necessary to deliver exceptional neurodegenerative care in our telemedicine model. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Leadership teams to translate strategic goals into a clear, executable technical roadmap.
The ideal candidate is comfortable thriving in the ambiguity and rapid pace of a Series-A startup environment, combines strong technical fluency with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, and has specific experience with EMRs and clinical support tools plus patient engagement and experience applications.
What You'll Own and Deliver
- Own and drive complex technical initiatives (e.g., EMR and workflow improvements, improving the patient experience and supporting growth strategies) from detailed planning through successful delivery.
- Rigorously track project health, define mitigation strategies for technical risk, and drive successful project delivery across all technical milestones.
- Drive technical decision-making by coordinating across engineering teams and other cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring technical requirements are clearly defined and alignment is maintained across all parties.
- Maintain and manage technical documentation of project milestones, specifications, and architecture decisions.
- Drive decision-making through data analysis, using metrics to measure product success, project health, and ensure compliance with quality standards across all deliverables.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in Product Management with at least 3 years in a high-growth healthcare/healthtech startup environment.
- Deep, hands-on experience in healthcare from both a clinical and patient perspective
- Proven ability to operate as a senior, high-velocity individual contributor who owns execution from strategy definition to delivery.
- Experience driving the product lifecycle for a complex, internal-facing platform that supports operational or clinical workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing priorities—technical debt, business needs, and user experience—in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to drive product decisions and project prioritization.
Key Competencies
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clinical and business stakeholders, and strategic product goals to engineering teams.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable engaging directly with Engineering leads on technical requirements, architecture trade-offs, and execution sequencing to meet aggressive timelines (though no coding is required).
- Operational Mindset: You view the product as a tool to enable high-quality service delivery and operational scale, not just a set of features.
- Bias for Action: Thrives in ambiguity and is motivated to establish structure, clarity, and execution rhythm where none exists.
