About Synapticure
As a patient and caregiver-founded company, Synapticure provides instant access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support in all 50 states through a virtual care platform. Partnering with providers and health plans, including CMS' new GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS.
The Role
Synapticure is seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Strategic Engagement to lead the development of impactful relationships and patient engagement strategies that fuel the company’s growth and mission. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage key partnerships with healthcare systems, payers, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders. You will also own the patient engagement lifecycle, from top-of-funnel awareness and conversion to long-term retention and satisfaction. Your work will help shape how patients discover and experience Synapticure’s services and how we present our brand to the broader healthcare ecosystem.
This is an ideal role for a leader who brings executive-level relationship management skills, a strong understanding of patient experience in healthcare and telehealth, and a passion for improving lives through meaningful partnerships and communication.

  • Build long-term relationships with patients and caregivers, ensuring consistent, empathetic, and high-quality communication
  • Represent the patient voice in internal strategy and planning discussions
  • Drive patient advocacy initiatives and community engagement to build trust and brand loyalty
  • Monitor and optimize engagement performance metrics and deliverables, including conversion, retention, and satisfaction
  • Lead Synapticure’s patient-facing marketing and communications efforts across digital and print channels
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns targeting awareness, acquisition, and retention
  • Develop and distribute content that educates, engages, and empowers patients
  • Lead A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization efforts for all communication and marketing initiatives
  • Oversee patient communications across website, patient portal, and support systems to ensure clarity, empathy, and brand alignment

Requirements – What we look for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s (MBA, MHA) preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic partnerships, engagement, business development, or healthcare consulting
  • Experience within healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS sectors
  • Strong understanding of patient engagement, provider relations, and the healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven success developing and managing strategic relationships with high-value partners
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level
  • Experience working in dynamic, high-growth, or startup environments
  • Strong data and performance measurement skills, with an ability to translate insight into strategy

Preferred Qualifications
