Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new Mom & Baby brand partners while building long-term relationships.
- Coordinate partnership discussions, proposals, negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Manage and engage WhatsApp and Telegram communities to drive participation and community growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partner brands and community members.
- Organize and execute online campaigns and events.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather participant feedback, and recommend improvements.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Community Management, or a related role.
- Experience in brand acquisition, partnership management, or community engagement is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
